Rob Weil is the head of the Wildcats Organization and head coach of our 18U Premier Team.

Rob is a decorated figure with a coaching legacy spanning over two decades, Wildcat Fastpitch is thrilled to enter our fourth season under Rob's guidance.

Coach Weil brings an impressive track record of 22 coaching awards, six CIF championships, five PGF championships, three NCFA Championships, and nine California State championships.

The program's mission is clear – to foster player development at the club level, preparing athletes for success at the collegiate level. As Coach Weil puts it, "Wildcat Fastpitch is a college prep program, continually seeking top-talented players nationwide who are ready to commit and go the extra mile to play at a college level."
