Hello, my name is Ashley Kim. I am from Manhattan Beach, California and a 2026 graduate at Mira Costa High School.I am a catcher and outfielder. I’m also quick around the bases and have a wide range behind the plate. Last year, my batting average was .431. I am a very determined, self-motivated, and coachable player. I am enrolled in 3 honors classes and 1 AP class (Honors Chemistry, Honors English 10, Honors Algebra 2, AP Computer Science A). I participate in many clubs at my school including the Investor’s Club and a tutoring club where I teach students from K-8.I maintained a 4.0 unweighted GPA throughout my freshman year. I was on Honor Roll for all three years of middle school and received the Principal’s Award for Academic Excellence.Since the summer going into fourth grade, I have been enrolled in a program for accelerated learning called John Hopkin’s Center for Talented Youth (CTY).
