Hello everyone! My name is Annika Sogsti, I am graduating this year, in the class of 2024, and I play for the wildcats fastpitch organization! I am honored to say that I play under the head of the organization, Rob Weil, on his 18u team. I have played for the wildcats organization for almost 3 years and there isn't a second that I spend where I don't feel loved, supported, and confident in the organization I play for. During travel ball, I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel to different states across the nation; Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri! Apart from travel ball, I attend Pacifica High School and I am on the varsity softball team. During my time there, I have made the All Empire League for the past 3 years and was awarded the Offensive MVP after my junior year season was over. I have also maintained over a 3.0 GPA throughout the entirety of my high school career. Additionally, my team and I worked extremely hard and won the division 1 C.I.F championship, in the Southern Section of California in the year 2023. With the help of my parents, who I am extremely grateful for, for all the sacrifices they have made for me and their unconditionally endless love, coaches, who have always pushed me to be better and have taught me how to be a better person and player, and teammates, who cared for me and picked me up whether I was up or down, I was able to commit to Cal State University of Fullerton to further my educational and athletic career. I am planning on going in undecided in order to find out what I like and explore my interests while I am there. Now that you know a little bit about me, I would like to take the time to remind you to always show your gratitude and appreciation to those who love, support, and take chances on you. Never take anything for granted and make the most out of everything. Above all, always stay humble and be kind to others!!
